Our Team

Damian founded DW Homes in 2004.  With over 22 years in the property market, Damian is the driving force behind finance and land procurement for DW Homes.  Which means day-to-day operations can be cared for by his trusted and experienced team.

Amy joined DW Homes in 2011, and over the last 11 years has worked her way up through the business taking on roles in every aspect of the business along the way, from sales, to estimating, to construction management.  As the Operations Manager, she leads the team and is responsible for overseeing all the day-to-day operations of DW Homes.

Emma started as a Home Consultant with DW Homes in 2015, having previously spent 6 years in the commercial construction industry in sales and marketing both in New Zealand and Australia.  Her strengths are in her attention to detail, sourcing new land opportunities, and customer care.  She takes great pride in assisting her clients to find the perfect design to suit their unique taste, lifestyle, and budget.

Ross has been with DW Homes since 2014 and is responsible for all the design and architecture produced in-house.  Ross's strengths are his ability to identify site specific requirements and environmental considerations and tailor the plans to suit, while still keeping practicality and lifestyle needs at the forefront.  

Jayme’s role is to communicate all building progress throughout the duration of your build and answer any questions you might have along the way.  She also liaisons with our suppliers and contractors with regard to project scheduling to ensure your build is completed to the highest standard and on time.

Taylor joined DW Homes as a Home Consultant in 2025, bringing over 3 years’ experience in real estate and a further 2 years in sales. Her background has given her a thorough understanding of the property market and the importance of building genuine, lasting relationships with clients. Known for her clear communication and attentive approach, Taylor takes the time to truly understand each client’s goals, preferences, and lifestyle needs when it comes to their new home. She is committed to finding the right solutions and creating a smooth, enjoyable journey from the first meeting to the moment clients step into their new home. Helping people turn their vision into reality is what inspires her every day.
